Special Meeting for Kings Members

A Special Kings Meeting will be held prior to the start of the banquet (approximately at 6:15) on April 20th.  The purpose of this meeting is to have sufficient members in attendance to make RSLK Constitutional Amendment.

ARTICLE 11 – QUORUM

 

The presence in person of at least (20) members shall be necessary to constitute a quorum at Annual and General Meetings and five (5) members at meetings of the Executive Committee or Board of Directors provided one is the President or a Vice-President.

 

New Wording:

 

ARTICLE 11 - QUORUM

 

The presence in person of at least (10) members shall be necessary to constitue a quorum at Annual and General Meetings and (5) members at meetings of the Executive Committee or Board of Directors provided one is the President or a Vice-President.
