Dwayne Dockrill Memorial Award for Referee of the Year

Dwayne Dockrill was originally from the Montreal area where he coached and officiated in the Quebec AAA League. He moved to Brockville where he refereed before transferring to the Rideau St Lawrence Kings. Dwayne had a keen interest in sports and refereeing. This award was established in his memory. It is presented to “the referee who shows the most promise to succeed” and someone you would want to see referee your game.
