The following motion was passed at the July 7, 2010 Executive meeting:
 

Vicki Sargeant motioned that all players must have a black helmet and black pants to be a member of a RSL Kings team (goalies are an exception). Seconded by Jay Fitzpatrick. All in favour. Carried.
