Manager of the Year

Shaun is more than just a manager/trainer; he genuinely cares about the hockey club both personally and professionally. In addition to performing his tasks at the highest level, Shaun demonstrates commitment to the Kings organization as well. Not only does Shaun prepare, he organizes and schedules make up games, he then provides constant feedback to both parents and coaching staff. 

The quality of being a team player fits Shaun to a “T” he’s always willing to work closely with the players and the bench staff. Shaun collaborates with an open mind and always comes to the rink with a positive attitude. Shaun is invested in this team and wants everyone to succeed. One trait Shaun has is turning individual mistakes into lessons and their skills into strengths. Shaun encourages every player to do their best and rewards everyone for their hard work on and off the ice. 

He has all of his priorities in the right place which makes him very approachable and well liked among his peers.
